Peter was born
in Managua, Nicaragua in 1978. He graduated from Boston College
with a B.A. in 1999. In 2003, he earned his J.D. from the
Florida State University College of Law where he was Executive
Editor of the Florida State University Business Review and
was invited to join the Dean’s Kitchen Cabinet. While
attending law school, Peter worked as a law clerk for the
Honorable Kathleen F. Dekker, Circuit Judge for the Second
Judicial Circuit of Florida in Tallahassee. Upon his graduation
from law school, Peter pursued a Master of Laws in Taxation
from the University of Miami School of Law and anticipates
conferral of the LL.M. degree in December 2004.
Peter is admitted to the The Florida Bar (2003) and the District
of Columbia Bar (2004). He joined the firm as an associate
in 2004, where he works primarily in the international practice
with a focus on international tax and estate planning. Peter
is fluent in Spanish.
