| Josh was born in
Sandusky, Ohio in 1976 and graduated from the University of
Akron, Ohio, with a B.A. (Hons.) in 1999. Josh studied for
his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law, where he
was a member of the Editorial Board University of Miami Law
Review. He earned his J.D. (Hons.) in 2003 and was admitted
to the Florida Bar that year. Prior to becoming an associate
at Aballí Milne Kalil, P.A., Josh externed
for the United States Attorney for the Northern District of
Ohio, in Cleveland, Ohio. During his final year at the University
of Miami School of Law, Josh worked as a certified legal intern
for the Office of the State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial
Circuit, in Miami-Dade County (where he conducted police and
victim interviews and tried three criminal trials while still
a student, under the Florida Bar’s internship program).
Josh then clerked at the firm before accepting a position
as associate on admission to the Bar. Josh is the author of
Note & Comment, United States v. Miggins: A Survey of
Anticipatory Search Warrants and the Need for Uniformity Among
the Circuits, 58 U. MIAMI L. REV. 701 (2004).
