Renee Tischler was born in Detroit, Michigan and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, in 2003.  She thereafter attended the University of Miami School of Law where she earned a J.D. in 2006.  While in law school she worked as a certified legal intern for Legal Services of Greater Miami in the Family and Education Unit.  She was recognized for her dedication to public service by being awarded the H.O.P.E. Recognition Award.  She clerked for a large New York-based Firm and for Aballí Milne Kalil, P.A., before accepting a position as an associate with the firm on admission to The Florida Bar in 2006.

Renee is a member of the Firm’s litigation practice where she focuses on complex commercial matters in State and federal courts in Florida and in other States in the U.S., with a particular emphasis on international cases.  She has had experience in a wide range of substantive areas, including riparian rights, trademarks, jurisdictional disputes, foreign judgment domestication and collection, interpleader work, sanctions work and preliminary injunctions.  She is a member of The Florida Bar and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2007).  Her representative cases include: Wachovia Bank, N.A. v. Tien, 534 F. Supp. 2d 1267 (S.D. Fla. 2007) and Solari v. Zublin Chile Ingenieria Y Construcciones, 987 So. 2d 161 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008).

Renee is involved in several pro bono cases, where she represents indigent litigants and is dedicated to giving back to the South Florida community.
