Anna Mance was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1981.  She studied at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, graduating with a B.A. in English, French, and Environmental Studies in 2003.  She thereafter worked for several years in Toulouse, France and in Quito, Ecuador before enrolling at the University of Miami, School of Law.  While in law school, Anna participated in the Community Health Rights Education Clinic at Jackson Memorial Hospital and worked as a certified legal intern in the Economic and Environmental Crime Division at the United States Attorney’s Office in Miami.  She also participated in human rights research in Haiti and in the Dominican Republic and co-authored HAITI: Human Rights Investigation, University of Miami Center for the Study of Human Rights (July 2006).  Anna is a Florida Bar Foundation Fellow (2006), a Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton Scholarship recipient (2006), a H.O.P.E. Public Interest Grant recipient (2007-2008), a Presidential Management Fellowship Finalist (2008), and a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Environmental Law (2008).  She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with a J.D. (Hons.) in 2008, and clerked at Aballí Milne Kalil, P.A. before accepting a position as an associate with the Firm on admission to The Florida Bar in 2009.

Anna is a member of the Firm’s complex commercial litigation practice.
